* The Complementary Session

The best way to experience the potential of coaching, and whether I might be the best coach for you, is to schedule a complementary session. And while it's true I may ask you to sign up at the end of a complementary session, you need not feel guilty if you decide not to.

This is why. Coach and client are equal partners in the coaching relationship, and a successful coaching relationship can only bloom when this is felt between both parties. I would not go forward if I felt this dynamic was not present when we meet. I would expect you to act in the same way.

So if you're still interested, this is what I need from you:

• Your time zone.
• I schedule complementary sessions on Wednesday's & Thursday's. Let me know the best time of day when you you will be available to talk for about one hour.

I'll get back to you with a matching open time slot on my end. The protocol for a complementary session calls for you to contact me, so when we reach an agreeable time, I'll email my coaching phone number for you to use. (Please be aware that you will incur long distance phone charges even though there will be no charge for the session itself.)

* The Clarity Session
Investment: $150 for one 1-hour session

This choice may be best for you if:

• You have been coached before.
• You are not able to commit to regular sessions right now.

Sometimes all a person needs is a chance to step back and look at things from a wider perspective. A Clarity Session gives you the space to do this - and more! Clarity Sessions also give you the chance to realign with how you want to Be in this world. (In Plan Be Land, this is called aligning with Your Truth.)

Each session concludes with at least one touchstone technique to stay connected back in Your Real Life.

* The Foundation Session
It all begins with the Foundation Session.
Investment: $200

Many personal coaches, myself included, begin every coaching relationship with a Foundation Session. The Foundation Session is specifically designed so both you & I begin on the same page in our journey together called "coaching". The Foundation Session generally lasts a couple of hours or so and includes the following elements:

• A review our Coaching Agreement.
• Determination of the goal of our coaching sessions.
• The initial discovery process of what is present when you are feeling your most powerful Self.

* Coaching Plans
After the Foundation Session, comes the weekly coaching sessions. A coaching session begins when you call me at a predetermined time to discuss your progress toward your stated goal - or something else. I have three Coaching Plans to choose from:

Pace Myself Plan

• 2 sessions per month
• 30 minutes
• $250

Jump Start Plan

• 4 sessions per month
• 1 hour
• priority email availability
• $400

Visionary Value Plan (limited enrollment)

• 12-month commitment
• Focus on your current project up to 20 hours per week.

...creating and implementing systems designed to reduce clutter and save time.

...Personal Coaching - four sessions per month.
