Professionally, the common thread woven throughout all I've done has been about helping others feel the peaceful well-being that is always available beneath the details of daily life.

I have been honored with a thriving Reiki practice in Snow Hill, MD and teach Reiki nationwide in informal settings and in hospitals, including the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

I am also a co-founder of EastWest Reiki Association. Our mission is focused on supporting caregivers and health care professionals who use Reiki as a tool for self-care. This Association truly brings my knowledge as a Reiki master, certified spiritual life coach and Inspired Learning group facilitator full circle.

And because a Reiki practice involves the placement of hands, it seemed fitting that I was drawn to taking good care of them. In 2010 I received my manicurist license specializing in natural nail services using meticulously chosen skin care products.
